At LogotetaRossetto, I focus on the management of non-performing loans (NPLs) and distressed credits, handling particularly complex cases with a structured and result-oriented approach.
I assist Clients throughout every stage of the recovery process, both in-court and out-of-court, with the objective of identifying effective and sustainable solutions capable of maximizing the value of operations while shortening the time to resolution.
I began my legal traineeship in 2020 at a local law firm, where I developed cross-disciplinary expertise in civil, administrative, labour and social security law. This experience enabled me to adopt a flexible and practical approach to legal matters, including in particularly sensitive cases.
After graduating in Law from the Mediterranea University of Reggio Calabria in 2019, I was admitted to the Reggio Calabria Bar Association in 2023.
Completing a specialisation course for judicial custodians and court-appointed sale delegates further strengthened my expertise in enforcement proceedings and debt recovery matters.
I am driven by a commitment to resolving complex matters which I approach with determination, precision and close attention to detail.
