The Firm was founded in Milan in 2015 under the name Studio Associato GLR, founded by Santo Logoteta, Giulio Rossetto, and other key collaborators. It was built upon the solid experience the founders had gained at leading law firms.

From the outset, the Firm has demonstrated remarkable growth and adaptability, expanding its expertise to cover banking, finance, bankruptcy, and energy law. It also manages complex transactions involving UTP/NPL and special situations.

In 2021, the Firm further strengthened its presence in Italy by opening a second office in Palermo.

Today, with a team of over 20 professionals, including lawyers, counsel, and associates, the Firm continues to provide bespoke, integrated solutions to its diverse Clients.

In 2025, the Firm underwent an important transformation, adopting the name LogotetaRossetto. This rebranding reflects both the growth and consolidation of the Firm’s activities, as well as its commitment to its core values: fostering personal, direct relationships with Clients while maintaining an innovative and competitive approach.
