I founded the Firm with Giulio, after gaining extensive experience at international law firms in both Italy and abroad.

I assist Italian and foreign industrial and financial operators across various sectors, collaborating with specialized teams.

I serve on boards of directors, committees and supervisory bodies pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 in diverse fields, including distressed assets, litigation finance, private equity, venture capital, real estate, education and logistics.

I have been honoured with the title of Knight of the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic, and I am also a proud member of UNICEF Next Generation.

I believe that opportunities, no matter how significant, do not present themselves on their own. They are often hidden within challenges, problems we must solve, and new horizons we must explore.

I have been a member of the Milan Bar Association since 2010. I graduated cum laude in Legal Sciences and Law from Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi. Additionally, I studied at UC Law San Francisco and have authored numerous articles in leading legal journals.

I am fluent in both Italian and English.
