Paola Commisso

Associate

At LogotetaRossetto, I primarily focus on civil law, with specific expertise in banking litigation and the management and recovery of non-performing loans (NPLs).

I approach each matter with a practical, solution-oriented and up-to-date mindset, assisting companies and private clients in the management of disputes and the protection of their interests. Careful analysis of each case enables me to identify effective strategies tailored to the client’s actual needs.

I believe that high-quality legal assistance is founded on careful listening and building mutual trust: essential elements for fully understanding the needs of those who seek legal advice.

I am part of a young, dynamic and highly specialised team, with whom I work every day to deliver comprehensive and considered, future-oriented solutions.

After graduating in Law from the University of Calabria in 2022, I began my legal traineeship and qualified as a lawyer in July 2025.

During my training, I deepened my knowledge of civil and criminal law, combining academic study with significant practical experience. These experiences included a traineeship under Article 69/2013 at the Regional Administrative Court (TAR) of Reggio Calabria, which allowed me to broaden my expertise in administrative and public law.

In 2026, I was admitted to the Locri Bar Association and joined LogotetaRossetto, where I have chosen to continue developing my professional career.

I believe that curiosity is the essential driver of both personal and professional growth: a constant urge to pursue knowledge, deepen understanding and push beyond one’s limits.

The same energy guides my professional path, because law does not merely regulate reality; it interprets it, reveals it and and illuminates its most complex dimensions. Each new legal matter is an opportunity to investigate, grow and refine critical thinking. What drives me is the desire to combine rigour and sensitivity, analysis and intuition, because understanding the law means understanding life in its many forms.
