I have been working with the Firm since 2019, providing legal advice and assistance to credit institutions, financial intermediaries, and debt collection companies. My practice focuses on securitization transactions, civil and banking litigation, and the recovery of non-performing loans.

With a strong background in civil litigation, I have developed a versatile skill set that I now apply with passion and determination. I am committed to continuously enhancing my legal expertise through ongoing training and a proactive approach to professional development.

My background as a competitive athlete—including participation in the national basketball finals for promotion to the top division—has had a lasting influence on my approach to the legal profession. It taught me the value of individual commitment in achieving collective success. I bring this same team spirit and collaborative mindset to my daily work, guided by the principle: “Ask not what your teammates can do for you. Ask what you can do for your teammates.”

Member of the Monza Bar since 2017, I gradueted from the University of Milan-Bicocca, with thesis in Comparative Law of Obligations and Contracts titled “The Role of Good Faith in the Legal Experience of the United States of America.”

I am fluent in Italian, English, and Spanish.
