At LogotetaRossetto, I primarily focus on civil law, with a particular emphasis on banking litigation, securitization operations, and non-performing loan (NPL) management and recovery. Thanks to my multidisciplinary background, a methodical and organized approach, and my passion for every aspect of the law, I am able to offer a strategic perspective when developing procedural and economic strategies for both companies and individuals.
My passion for literature and cinema has enabled me to develop analytical skills and empathy. I consistently apply these to my work to critically assess every situation, always keeping in mind the specific details of each case and the unique needs of individual clients.
I graduated in 2022 from the "Mediterranea" University of Reggio Calabria with a thesis in EU Private Law titled "Intellectual Property in the European Legal Area." In 2025, I qualified to practice law and registered with the Bar Association of Reggio Calabria. Since 2026, I have been authorized to serve as a court-appointed public defense attorney.
I speak Italian and English.
Immediately after graduating, I began my legal practice at a law firm specializing in criminal and international law, focusing on human rights protection before the Strasbourg Court. To strengthen my background and gain broader expertise, I combined this with practice at a well-known law firm in Reggio Calabria specializing in civil and administrative law.
