I joined LogotetaRossetto in 2023 as a trainee lawyer and have since developed my practice with an increasing focus on corporate law.

I advise companies, entrepreneurs and investors on acquisitions, disposals and other corporate transactions. My practice also covers corporate governance, share capital transactions and commercial contracts.

My approach combines rigorous legal analysis with a clear understanding of each Client’s needs and a focus on practical, workable solutions. My academic and professional experiences, both in Italy and abroad, have given me a keen appreciation of the economic and business context in which legal issues arise.

Water polo has taught me to work towards a shared goal, to face challenges with determination and to value sustained effort. I bring these lessons to my professional life every day, guided by the belief that every achievement is built on consistent, daily work: nulla dies sine linea.

I obtained my Integrated Master of Arts in Law from Bocconi University in 2023, with an interdisciplinary thesis entitled “The Power of Multinational Corporations: A Historical and Legal Analysis and a Comparison of Models”.

I am admitted to the Milan Bar Association.

I am fluent in English.
