Since 2016, I have been a member of the LogotetaRossetto team, where I support industrial operators, special purpose vehicles, and international funds in navigating complex, high-stakes transactions—primarily in the corporate and energy sectors, with a particular focus on renewable energy and gas.

In this role, I have gained extensive experience in negotiating and drafting acquisition and sale agreements, shareholders' agreements, joint venture agreements, and a wide range of commercial contracts. I also provide ongoing legal support for the development, implementation, and financing of infrastructure projects and strategic investments.

My work also includes advising on debt restructuring and financing transactions, as well as the sale and acquisition of loan portfolios, especially those linked to the energy sector.

My extensive experience allows me to provide expert guidance on project finance transactions. I assist banks and sponsors in negotiating and structuring financial documentation and security packages, as well as in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts—including, but not limited to, PPAs, EPCs, and O&M agreements.

As an avid boating enthusiast, I tackle professional challenges with the same passion and determination I bring to sailing—guided by a clear vision and a well-defined course to reach my objectives. My time on the water has also taught me that trust and constructive collaboration, both with my team and Clients, are essential to finding the most effective solutions.

I have been a member of the Naples Bar Association since 2014. I graduated in Law from the University of Naples Suor Orsola Benincasa and later contributed to academic activities as an expert in Commercial Law and Financial Market Law at the University of Naples Federico II. Additionally, I have authored commentaries and published articles in leading legal journals.

I am fluent in both Italian and English.
