I specialize in civil, banking, insurance, and bankruptcy law, with a focus on litigation and arbitration.
I collaborate closely with leading credit securitization firms, particularly in the area of Non-Performing Loans (NPLs).
Additionally, I assist companies in financial distress with debt restructuring and guide them through crisis and insolvency management solutions.
My career began at leading law firms in Milan, where I specialized in civil litigation, bankruptcy, and procurement. This experience provided me with a solid foundation, allowing me to approach each new professional challenge with expertise and strategic insight. Since 2021, I have been part of the LogotetaRossetto team at the Palermo office.
My passion for travel and discovering the unknown fuels both my personal and professional growth, inspiring me to approach new experiences with enthusiasm and curiosity.
I graduated with honours in Law from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan in 2010, with a thesis in Canon Law. Following that, I completed the School of Specialization for Legal Professions at the same institution. I have been a member of the Milan Bar since 2013.
